Zero job security any time your director will say don't come from tomorrow. Politics in company senior always torture you and pass false comment to HOD for there promotion appraisal and bonus not got from 3 years to any and also PF deduction done from salary but 2 years back not paid to pf account they paid partly 3 month 2 month yet they have to pay 1 year to everyone. Salary hike done.

There is lots of politics no bonus no appraisal low increment.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
