Micromanagement at its peak.managers and trainers target employees and make them unsecure as well as unhappy to work.so much torture even if we responds to messages in 5 minutes.they want us to see it immediately.some trainers target employees in initial days of training in first month and remind us that one month is completed as if one year is completed for them.pointing out mistakes only regularly.compare each and every person with others who are more quick and faster in a team.even if we do the target in training they expect us to do more than that if a single person does more than the target then we are considered as low performers.micromanagement is severe so that we are unable to move and get suffocated in a crucial situation.feed a lot of applications with diffrent passwords for each app,training materials and videos in intial month of training making it confusing and completely blank.training system is a failure....Read More
