I am in my expanded maternity leave due to I gave birth and then my partner and I broke up. I asked for a work from home setup to help me atleast start anew without leaving my newborn son but they did not give me any chance.

This particular role where i worked had terrible management, this keeps recruiting new employees and does not think about the employees later.. the management sets unrealistic expectations to it’s clients and expects the employees to fulfill the expectations. We have tried to make the management understand but at the end its a BPO nothing can be expected more they stick to their goals, does not understand the pain or problems or frustrations of the employees at all.. the end of the day they want their goals or targets to be achieved. CNX is the worst company ever i have worked for. no time schedule. working hours are like 14-15 and managers are useless and worse i have ever seen

Decent salary for freshers in International process

Dislikes

Processes get ramp down all the time. They say they will give other process if that happens, which are blatant lies! 0% Job security. They give decent salary for freshers but if you are attracted by that you could even be standing without a job within 3 months of joining which happened to so many people (which I have seen personally)

I liked it a year ago..once a new manager is posted he thought putting pressure as Sutherland is gonna work here and it screwed the whole process because everyone wants to leave the company.

Care for employees rather than telling them I was like this like that in the previous company..if you don care for your employees then this is what is gonna happen.
