Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Everyone helps each for freshers it is like school boy joined college. And you will never get this freedom any other company. You can get easily WFH. I'm working for 2.6 months in this period I just did work WFO only 9 Months.

Well salary is issue solely heavy. You will get less salary as compared any other MNCs company. But if get own vihecle then it is advantage for you can get 4000₹ extra as T.A. and work environment depends on which process in you are.

Concentrix is a best company for the freshers. They will get a lot of learning about how corporate works, but do not stay here for too long. If you are looking for position only, then you can stay, here you will get a lot of opportunities to grow your career, but if you have money in your mind as well, then Switching after 2 years is must.
