it depends on the project/manager learning scope is good where you can explore more on tech side, you can directly interact with Product Owner/Product Manager for clarifications which will give you more exposure on product side.

A lot of Politics it's quite common in every office. But here even though you got appreciation from Product Managers they won't consider and give appreciation to people who are very close to them. Lots of work pressure you need to work late nights to collab with onsite people sometimes, even then your managers will never recognize your works. When you join as a fresher these people will collect your certificates and need to work here for 3 Years where you will get a very negligible hike and when you enter in to project they will keep high expectation as an experienced person even you are fresher. Company policies are worst if you have declared your name at the time of Joining your insurance and if you would like to add for your parents next year it is not possible such a waste policy they are providing. As of now pandemic, they gave WFH for all clients, but WFH can't be taken for all clients when the company opens. They have never given a hike at right time so think twice before you Join. Worst Working hours you need to compulsory work for 9hrs 45Mnts they say like 45mnts for a lunch break and 9 hrs for Working hours they continuously monitor your working hours. Prokarma has Limited Clients Out of those UPRR,T-Mobile working for T-Mobile is quite hectic they will hire you as developer they will ask you work on support. onSite oppurtunities are very less and even if H1B got picked they will make you to stay for 2-3 Years....Read More
