The work culture here is the worst I have seen so far when compared to other companies. There's favouritism and people get promoted without any Job promotions rolled out officially. If your manager doesn't like you, they will defame you in front of the entire staff. There is no work-life balance, employees are working 13-16 hours shifts and yet there is no appreciation instead they are criticised about their every move. This just does not happen in one department, it is spread in each and every department and the HR is also of no use. The work culture is the worst compared to other companies. No growth opportunities for people who does not say yes to everything their managers say. HR is of no use. Favouritism is spread everywhere and no appreciation for work. Employees are working 13-16 hrs shifts and losing their work life balance. Please avoid joining here if you don't want depression in your life.
