For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow.
