I have worked for both Concentrix Bangalore and Pune. I must say Concentrix Bangalore is much better then Pune. In Pune operation management is good for noting. They should get the idea how to run Microsoft program from Bangalore. Never go for Concentrix Pune .

Teammates i would say ok. We have to learn with our own interest. What to do with job security if there is no hike/appraisal in salary. Hell lot of politics. Learning wise, good company for people from sutherland or sitel. Rest all are average.

No Hike and full of politics. There is on job training but not useful. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is really a pain most of the time.

I liked my job. Thats the reason i was there for so many days and never thought of changing my job. But was not recognized for all my effort. End of the day, "MONEY" which matters to run the life.

Here used to be some good career opportunities but now business is changing frequently and learning opportunities are very few now

Worst place to stay and work. Not a good place for female employees. Even HR doesn't take any action if you raise a concern about someone in the company. Work life balance is pathetic. Old trainers and staff has been moved out because of the work place environment or bad politics. So there is no good trainer left with the organization. Learning. There is a lot to learn in MS O365 Convergys. The management is knowledgeable and work level is top notch
