Best likes would be the job security... Concentrix is such an organization which gives best opportunity to start the career with good salary. Now coming to the job security, this organization always tries the to retain the employees... Like if you are a contractual employee like me you will definitely get chance to work in a different process once your contract is over

There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.

Till now I experienced nothing bad. This fact of you work for an MNC there will be different people who has different opinion. That is how we learn things.

One of the most horrible companies to work in. Mo respect towards employees, no empathy, treated like dogs and made to work like beasts of burden! They hire on false premises showing lesser work and then double that workload after joining citing the reason "this is the business module, everybody has to do it". Lying, favouritism, nepotism etc prevalent, promotion is restricted to women 80% of the time, if you are a guy and far more deserving, you can go elsewhere! Annual increment is not even 1000 rupees! And if you fall sick, even with seriius or terminal illness, they don't give a damn! My own floor trainer Bibhanshu Shekhar Mishra, his profile is there on Facebook if you want to check, was diagnosed with oral cancer, last stage, and he was not given enough leaves, not even unpaid leaves! He was forced to come to office or else lose his job! He was compelled to come down, and fell terribly sick! He finally died later veacsuse he could not continue with his treatments, he was not given the opportunity to live! And this is my experience after working in this company for 2 yrs and 7 months! The work environment here is very nice and all the supporting staffs and trainer and manager are very polite and supportive.

Work life balance is one thing I’m being compromised with. As long as wfh was going on it was all very smooth but after the office being reopened, it’s a bit difficult and stressful to manage work life balance
