So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

WFH for tenure employees. NOT for new joiners. No growth opportunity, have seen colleagues working for 4-5 years at the same position. 90 days notice period so that way you cannot find another job easily. Though you can but you know what I mean.

I have spent quite a long time in Concentrix so trust me I know better about the environment and the work culture. The moment you'll think that you're performing well, the reward you'll get is more work. They treat employees like a labour who will work for them for 10 hours straight and once you deny or stop performing well, be ready for special treatment, which is threatening. E-ticket process is worst of someone is joining i request them not to join e ticketing team because it's an endless work daily you have to work.. Even you can't go for break. And there will no team lunch and outing for e ticketing team.. Manager or tl will not support you... Please join to some other process or team except E-ticket team

No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.
