I noticed there is no future working there. My manager has no manner to speak or how to talk to a human being. He made my life hell continue telling me that he will cut my salary half well bother I am already working at lower wage so no thanks.

It's work culture are pretty good than other.

They don't have any solution and tool for the process we work, customer keep asking but we are not able to provide them resolution sinc they ultimately don't have any solutios. Employee jobs are not secure they keep firing even on a minor mistake.

Almost everything! No work life balance, work pressure, micromanagement, tortures, politics. Everything you can think negative for an organisation will be present here. Working hours are 10.5 hours. 7:30 PM to 5 AM. They won't allow to take you leave. They don't provide the appraisal. And no medical facilities for freshers families. And the HR is lack of knowledge for any ESIC facilities and they change the HR policies any time and cheating with the employees who are freshers.
