* No work life balance. *HR hardly give response *Without any explanation they will raise the PIP(performance improvement program) and will say it was from client even there will more people below your score but their PIP will not be raised. *If you will call people solution HR for salary deductions they'll not explain it properly it seems like they don't have knowledge. * Earlier they provided the both side cabs and then they moved to one side. *Many of the times you might not get cab from your building then transport team will take you to another building which is again hectic and delayed thing....Read More

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

I noticed there is no future working there. My manager has no manner to speak or how to talk to a human being. He made my life hell continue telling me that he will cut my salary half well bother I am already working at lower wage so no thanks.

It's work culture are pretty good than other.

They don't have any solution and tool for the process we work, customer keep asking but we are not able to provide them resolution sinc they ultimately don't have any solutios. Employee jobs are not secure they keep firing even on a minor mistake.

Almost everything! No work life balance, work pressure, micromanagement, tortures, politics. Everything you can think negative for an organisation will be present here. Working hours are 10.5 hours. 7:30 PM to 5 AM. They won't allow to take you leave.
