I am grateful I got concentrix as my first company,being a fresher I thoroughly got supports of my seniors while working,I never felt working from home is tough, things related payout are commendable I never felt that my efforts and loyalty were unseen, unpaid. Organisation handled the pandemic situation so responsibly. Work life balance was also good as whenever I needed time for personal things it was taken care of, however the relationship must be 2 sided, I suggest if organization takes care of our need ,we should also be available when it requires the most. Company is very strict about the compliance matters though it gives numerous chance to employees to improve where ever they are lacking.
