During COVID time where some of the companies left their employees unnoticed.. this company cares us and provide us salary

Being working in company does not mean being slave .. sometime we have to understand genuine reasons of a employee and support without thinking profit lose .. without knowing personal issues .. issuing Termination letter

Everything is good but the salary and increment are like nothing in this era . And if ex employee wants to join again the company they are not counting their experience . Join the employee as a fresher which is worst .

I only liked that concentrix is an organization where we can build our carrier in a bright prospective. Rest, there are many compalints which have not been reaolving by the management after taking so long. Being an exeuctive in concentrix I have been chasing to my compaints with my TL and she also haven't received any update on this.

Dislikes

Concentrix is a reputed company where all the peoples are wanted to work however, as working with it is feeling like company couldn't treat their agents or workers like workers. All the reputed companies have given the access of outlook and teams to their agents but concentrix as being a reputed company can't fulfill this tlfor their agents. I don't know the reason.

Good work environment and culture, friendly staff and helpful management. Free transportation service is also good. Good company policies

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Less salary issue and career growth is also very slow

Dislikes

Compensation n benefits are never in favour, after working for years you'll be still at a lower end package. Few policies will affect you n will not allow to give advantage despite proofs n evidence.
