Good work environment and culture, friendly staff and helpful management. Free transportation service is also good. Good company policies

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Less salary issue and career growth is also very slow

Good for starting tha career but for your growth not good. you have to move to another company after some time.

Salary package is not good..as per today and growth is not there even after hard work and promotion..you get only 500 rs more after promotion its like a joke.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

Your job is secure and that’s the only thing

You will not get growth in your salary as company will deduct your incentive on the name of gain share in which company did not meet the client target and you will also not get any promotion on your role

...ntric but favouring one two employee does not make the company employee centric. As per the company requirement you always have to be there even in your weekly offs and the double pay is in chillars but when you need the company's help even in small matter they wont consider. They will recduce or add the num of emp as per business req so no job sec.
