there is no job security and lot's of politics is there in the office and they do not provide the salary what they've promised so no good experience

It's work culture are pretty good than other.

They don't have any solution and tool for the process we work, customer keep asking but we are not able to provide them resolution sinc they ultimately don't have any solutios. Employee jobs are not secure they keep firing even on a minor mistake.

Initially there was some scope to learn but right now it's all ruined. Nothing good or positive about Concentrix!

Almost everything! No work life balance, work pressure, micromanagement, tortures, politics. Everything you can think negative for an organisation will be present here. Working hours are 10.5 hours. 7:30 PM to 5 AM. They won't allow to take you leave. Training for freshers is good.

Dislikes

They don't provide the appraisal. And no medical facilities for freshers families. And the HR is lack of knowledge for any ESIC facilities and they change the HR policies any time and cheating with the employees who are freshers.

Salary is not atall satisfactory, yearly increments are as low as 3-4% and you are expected to work extra to justify that 3-4% for next 12 months . Promotions take 5 years or may be more . I was part of Finance System (Workday Finance) so can review that team Overall lot of pressure and management is driven by US and they ask resource to be available 24 hours a day and often ask to take calls at 02:00 AM and still management is blaming the resources for any issues and BAU concerns.
