I really appreciate the teamwork at Comtranse Technology .Everyone is willing to share ideas and support one another which creates a positive and productive atmosphere...The opportunities for growth and learning are excellent. The company encourages us to attend workshops and training sessions, helping us to continually improve our skills.

Dislikes

Employees might feel that there aren't enough pathway for growth or professional development within the company. Establishing more mentorship programs or cleaner career progression plans could help retain talent and boost morale.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
