Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at high level. Understanding the work is highly ambiguous and you need assistance from many people to do it. Requirement ls are not clear and precise.

Work Details

Not really good. The timing is flexible but you have the afternoon shift. The projects are not that interesting. Ambiguity of work can stress you out.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
