Company is good they dont fire you even in recesion time, it is good for freshers if you found a good manager in this company you will never leave it

Management is not good open favouritism, manager dont care about hardworking employee and never appriciate your work instead he will all credits to his favorites and he only supports to th people belong to his religion, and he do politics in apprisal ratings aswell

The best thing about Compucom is it's work environment. Team collaboration and energy fuels the rapid growth. The credit goes to some of the practices like investing in people's skill and growth. All promotion are done through internal job posting unless it's a niche skill or specific client requirements.

Dislikes

Compucom India pace of growth is not at a pace it could be but I think it's catching up.

Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

Dislikes

In terms of promotion you will have to compromise if you are specially in core technical profile, salary will also be less as per market standard. You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology.
