good for freshers or for long term as well. so much to learn, many good projects. not too much technical but decent. managers and team leads are good.

no training or team support for learning, you have to by yourself learn by asking perers, some will teach some will ignore

Compucom is a great place to start as early career. They company policy are well defined and good. Management is helpful and allow to express your thoughts. They even intract with employees on personal basis. Company has a well defined structure for training and learning. If you are interested to keep on learning. This company is a good fit.

Dislikes

Found no as such dislike. If need just to mention company can provide free convenience for a particular city radius as well.

Work Details

Work life balance is good in company. Once the shift is over you need not to worry. Till a horrifying or blander mistake is made.

The management is horrible they don't understand Employee satisfaction , only looking for the personal and their favorites growth.

Work was good, but now they have merged 4 process and hence it is become ethic and SLA are not met, In spite of informing them no action is taken.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

Dislikes

In terms of promotion you will have to compromise if you are specially in core technical profile, salary will also be less as per market standard. You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology. Company may fire or will ask you take exit especially if your salary is mostly above double digit....Read More

Company is good they dont fire you even in recesion time, it is good for freshers if you found a good manager in this company you will never leave it
