I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Good for fresher. Nothing for experienced person. Only you will get good salary but without job satisfaction.

You will get disappointed after some time. when u joined as java developer, you will get work on datastage, mainframe where you don't have any interest. You will be killing the java profile. Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

In terms of promotion you will have to compromise if you are specially in core technical profile, salary will also be less as per market standard. You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology.
