1. Give good hike at time of joining 2. Some of client are very good. They give good work life balance

1. To know leave balance, you need to mail HR, there is no portal. 2. No leaves. They have 15 PL but their client have furlough of 2-3 weeks in one year, so if you have leave balance it get deducted. So ideally no leave. 3. Very bad appraisal

Collabera is a launching pad for good recruiters they offer good training and skill development programs and other companies offer good amount of money.

Dislikes

Increment is very less and company does not provide cab, food or any other facilities. Salary structure is way too low as compared to other companies.

Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

Company is partial to all the employees.unofficially they ask for work on saturdays.manager and hr is not supporting at all.i suggest not to work there it will affect your career as there is no such learning into that company and there is a bond of 60k for 11 months.before if you leave company is not going to provide relieving or experience letter that means it's totally waste of time to work there.
