The culture and incentive plans are really good. They have recently started 8 hours working plus one hour lunch so I find it really good.

The job is in hybrid mode but I wish they could come up with permanent WFH option.

No job security as such, the work culture is based on the Gen-Z's toxic 'hustle culture', the management support is lacks big-time, your job involves low-balling people for a living, it will seem a piece of cake in the start but eventually your conscience and karma will take a toll on you. The ATS the company uses have the same old candidates for almost a decade, good luck trying to convince them to trust you as the recruiter and the company as a whole, Collabera makes a high-margin amoung other players in the market and you'll be unable to offer the same rate in most cases. You wouldn't be able to eat and sleep in peace, so there goes your work-life balance, you won't have time for relationships, all for the mere pennies yo be making, if you succeed in getting a candidate hired. But if you extend the offer and the candidate will reject it, it will amount to a bad delivery (there goes the your incentives down the drain) which will happen on account of uncontrollable factors such as a failed drug test, education check, medicines without prescription, W-2 check, criminal and professional background check (upto 10 years), client having rejected or unable to hire the candidate due to filled positions for a particular role (Client-side Bad Delivery) and lastly the candidate might go with other consultants offering a better deal. In most cases, the DM (Manager, Talent Acquisition) or DL (Lead) will end up submitting your candidates on a discounted rate no matter how overqualified or qualified and in most cases they may be, so there goes your incentive as well (low GP = less Incentives). Collabera follows an EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) for namesake, but the clients in most cases want a (USC or GC candidates) and you'll have to outright ask the citizenship status of the candidate don't be deceived by what they teach you in training.
