The work culture is positive and the facilities are excellent. Cognizant provides ample opportunities for professional development and knowledge expansion.

Dislikes

There are concerns regarding the current hike and promotion policies, as well as the requirement for employees to work from the office despite the lack of a compelling reason. Given that collaboration can be effectively achieved through remote work using Teams, it would be more efficient to allow employees to work from home. With such less salary and hikes it is impossible for one to work here.

upper management rates poor for disliking someone, they do not allow to speak or raise any doubts in front of clients in the meetings, they expect you to say yes to managers when in client meetings and zero input or discussions.

Very poor management , in cognizant someone got lot of work and he unable to handle that , and some one on bench got no work for 1-2 years this cause his/her whole career on danger .

Manager hierarchy. Ratings will be given by home manager. He will never know about my performance because he will be working for some other project. Still they give ratings based on some comments without knowing actual performance
