Nothing is likable at all. The extended the training for whole 6 months. Imagine a software training going on for such long time. Without any proper sessions. All was seld learning. They wasted 1 full year after graduation in giving FTE joining.

Dislikes

Work culture is not so good. Everything is controlled by few top leadership members which are from South India. They have a mindset problem against North indians.

It's a great company but it'll be unfortunate if one gets into a bad project team.

I got my worst experience since I joined as a fresher. I got tagged into a worst project team,where I got arrogant seniors, everytime ready to humiliate juniors and threats to sack from the company. According to company policy fresher can't get release from a project on their own. Even after my bike accident and ligament tear I wasn't given WFH rather I was kept on leave without pay for more than a month. Its a terrible experience to work in cognizant. There is no criteria for learning and onboarding, everything is happening according to their mood. There is no support from HRs and senior management at all. Pathetic, worse, dreadful and most 3rd class experience among all the companies. Seriously dont join it. They dont have any projects, they will just recruit you to scam their client thats it
