Too many people to do the same job at mid-senior level. Which means lack of opportunities to grow. Also cross technology changes at mid-senior level is not encouraged.

I have no good memories to write here. However they are paying the salary on time.

Lot of politics. appraisals are hog wash.. Ratings are predecided and if you move from one department to another your ratings are downgraded even if you have done a great job in your previous project. The management thinks that a project can be done by freshers they do not value Senior members of the team. If you are on Bench getting another project is very tough and you'll be asked to leave by HR in 5 wks. Always there is a threat to your job....Read More
