1)Lots of opportunities to work in technology, various teams and technologies, collaboration, learning 2) Management, HR listen to employees. designation does not matter. 3) Onsite opportunities

Dislikes

1) Late evening/night work will be part of life. Almost for sure, you will not be able to start from work at 730 PM IST when you are working in India. 2) Promotions can be delayed. Some people (regardless of designation) will get promotion every 2 years as if it is written in the wall and for some people, they never get promotion in spite of doing the best expected.
