Tonnes of politics, if you can do buttering then they will promote you and if you are someone who don't like these buttering stuff then it doesn't matter how hard you try they will figure out a way to hold your promotion or growth.

Work life is good, I use to work 8hrs in a day but sometimes I voluntarily extends it to 11 hrs to do some error analysis stuff, because within my shift hours i have to do client related work.
