Nothing, Cognizant hire pathetic & Cheap people in manager level who have no accountable for work most of the process is ramp down because they are not capable to manage with client and during this situation they blamed team.

Dislikes

Manager, also most of the employee more than 12 to 15 years and working as a SME role and that type of scenarios shows what kind of great opportunity provide by cognizant for his/her employee.
