Very bad Director and GMs who have no hold of their processes. Finding folks to blame and put on the line and save their ownself. Evidently the attrition below GM is very high and beyond GM is absolutely stable due to thus tactics. People in Gurgaon are worst than other regions...

Cognizant as an organization was awesome to work for until Francisco D’Souza was running this organization as CEO. The entire team use to work as OneCognizant team atleast to meet customer requirement.

The new CEO Brian Humphries came in and ruined the entire Cognizant culture. Until I left Cognizant in Oct-2022, I would rate it as very racist and anti-Asian culture inside Cognizant; especially the Onshore Healthcare Delivery team. More than an associate’s skills and capabilities; what matters is how well an associate is perceived and favored by his supervisor for a promotion and salary-raise.
