1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

Zero job security. No project for freshers. Project Managers do not want freshers in most of the cases. After 1-2 years it leads to termination. Fake job programs in bench period. They don't care about employees career. Don't believe in job programs during bench period. They do not give project what they promises after passing a certain number of exams. You are on your own.
