Probably it's one of the best place to start your career just after graduating. Had good ambiance while working. During this lockdown period they were supportive to us in all the way they could.

Although the company policies are good they do some micro management which i felt annoying. Switching domain or technology wasn't that easy for entry level people.

Work Details

Started my career with cognizant and it was really good. Training period was good too we had all the facilities to learn. Learnt a lot about work culture and groomed myself really well.
