In terms of work life balance cognizant doesn't do anything it's only depends on your client and in cognizant benching is the factor which makes your job in non securable here.

The exposure I got in Cognizant is quite embracing. The people having 7-8 years experience switched from other service to Cognizant are not even technically sound enough what Cognizant folks could do in 2-3 years of experience. Incentive and hikes were quite good until 2023 end. After that appraisal percent and promotions rules becomes very stringent.

I am interested in working at cognizant because it’s leading global providers of information technology,consulting and business process outsourcing services.

Cognizant is going to be most. Torturing company in coming future and it is going to collapse. People who came from 3rdties companies in terms of employee benefits like TCS,HCL,Infosys,L&T and Wipro etc. are now abusing cognizant it has gone so low this time

We can enjoy the company of colleagues in the beginning as a fresher.

Hike and the ratings are absolutely worse as they compare with your peers and downgrade stating as normalisation. I got downgraded twice and was told both the times as next time will take care but useless. Absolutely zero appreciation of hard work here. Max 2 years and then switch.

She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I can list innumerable dislikes. 1. HR role is not in line with his or her work, and seeing such service from such an MNC, particularly in Kolkata office, truly hurt me. 2. I believe that the best way to force the company to leave on its own volition is through favoritism, which is the most advantageous attack by the poor managementof the Kolkata office. 3. You must look for projects on your own, work hard to earn your rating, and fail every time if you are not a Bengali. 4.
