this company is working like a mini south India and neglect the people from north and avoid giving promotions and keep all controls and power in their hand. upper management treats employees like labourers and exploit them by extending work hours , timsesheet , work from office and no WFH any day. also unnecessary escalations

Need to work more than 11 hrs a day. No allowance for weekend support. there's no cab facility. Less insurance amount. Very very less annual hike (1 % to 5%) There are no dine out programs and team building activities. Always work work work. Sometimes need to work on weekends too. Promotions are very tuff.
