Only good thing is you can learn new skills from udemy and cognizant academy in free of cost

Dislikes

Lack of project opportunities... They will hire you for something and after wasting your life for a significant amount of time they will put you to attend calls in service desk... Happened with me...

Likes

Working with Cognizant have given plenty of knowledge but there is no movement or opportunities to switch into new projects. Working in the same 24/7 project for more than 2 and half year leads to health issues aswell.
