Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. Its completely dependent on the Manager you are reporting to, but ideally the evironment is not great. The senior managment doesn't know how to lead by example. They are trying to enfore work, they are in frenzy

The internal policies and politics are very bad. The managers are too arrogant. There is no way the employee can provide appraisal to the managers. There should be a appraisal process for Managers from employees as some companies are having.
