Don't go there. They don't think about their employee and anytime they will throw from the Organisation. Most of the scrap projects and learning opportunity is very less. Project change is hell tough..after day end you will see you are doing work with a fresher inspite of 10+ exp.. lota of politics and promotion is applicable only for buttering people.
