They had forced me to give resignation letter. Due to I was in bench 35 days . They gave trainees as pyspark but they didn't provided as our skill based Project.

Good work culture work life balance, they have many clients. Skill development is also good they will provide free udmey course.

Dislikes

Even if we work good and get good appreciation from client you will get only 2 rating. This is the worst part and hike percentage is very low.

Never ever join cognizant those who have had technical skills, dreams to thrive in career also have family responsibilities as Cognizant job security is Zero. Projects are surrendered and handled by incapable management. Anytime one can be off boarded from project even though performing well.

Management will not care about your problems. Salary is low compared to competitors. They'll change your project at September and for year end rating they'll simply say we haven't got chance to fully understand your capabilities as you've recently joined in the project. Every year this loop continues. No matter how hard you work or how many appreciations you get from client. "The more number of days you're in the same LOB, the more rating you'll get." To begin with, there is 10 hours shift wherein in the offer 9 hours is mentioned. Without proper training, they expect a new joiner to learn every single thing. Loads of politics and backstabbing from the management. No work transparency No support for the new joiners, they have to figure out everything on their own.. especially when you relocate
