1)Work Life balance is slightly at the better end 2) access to learning sites like udemy to go through any course to learn 3)mostly Hybrid at present and in some projects WFH is still there 4)People are very professional overall.

1) Limited salary hikes 2)Delayed promotions 3)Mostly support based projects 4)In hybrid model no dedicated ODC, which makes it difficult to get seats as there are limited availability 5)Need to be very much exceptional to get rewards or recognition and one might often feel underappreciated and thankless. 6)Under health insurance scheme there is no coverage for domiciliary expenses. 7)Sometimes one might need to follow up multiple time regarding allowances even if the required steps are initiated from the project....Read More
