Dislikes

Nature of work tilts towards business analysis, rather than advisory. Advisory work happens but remains with certain top performing employee or with employee at a higher grade.

Work Details

Very good. I have been rated according to my performance and been promoted in reasonable time. Also onsite opportunities are present and easy to get post 2-3 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
