Worse experience with Cognizant, the project they will assign you won't have future and you have no option they will make you work or go on the bench
No future growth ,the management are just to save there position, no technical knowledge, they will treat you like slave ,they won't approve the leaves and make you to work on Saturday. Mentally they will torcher the agent ,and after few day they will ask the employe to be on the bench and take search new job

I like lot of things, work culture, team members, projects, learning, gym at Cognizant, etc
I can't say I dislike anything. But recently promotions of people have been held for some time and hikes % has been lowered to very low. 5 rating person has 4.5% hike. This is really low compared to industry standards

I appreciate the collaborative environment at Cognizant, where learning and sharing knowledge are highly encouraged. The company offers plenty of growth opportunities and exposure to diverse technologies, such as Salesforce and more, which helps in continuous skill development. Also I became GenC next here right after one year and got all the timely increments and promotions.
While Cognizant offers a lot of growth opportunities, the fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to high work pressure, and balancing multiple projects can be challenging. Additionally, the communication between teams could be improved for smoother project coordination.

Lack of work life balace they have policy of 10 hrs working on top of that management is asking to work more than that. Other MNC companies in the market have 9 hrs working

As a whole cognizant is excellent. They provide excellent skill development.
At Hyderabad location a manager called sankalp is very rude and very miss behaved person and a manager called simran they both handle google projects since they both are friends. They have favouritism in them very worst managers because of them many employees drop. And cognizant is loosing its name.

Healthcare process -:Management is racist, womaniser. Regional language (marathi) is not allowed on floor. Wherein management will speak Bhojpuri, Bengali, Malyali languages which is not regional according to them. Even if company is in Pune Maharashtra they strictly inform not to speak in marathi as management is not Maharashtrian.If they hate marathi language why are they living in Maharashtra , they should go to their native State. Promotion are only for female employes, lickers ππ chatus and for others who bring π₯πΊ for management. Leaves are given only to favourite emp. Even if medical documents are submitted they will apply NCNS. People who are issued warning letter for abusing on floor, fighting on floor are given promotion as they are favourite,lickiers ππchatus. Management has created there own family on floor which includes bhai, behne, bhabhi, devar, jeth, jethani, nand, soutan and Big Daddy. Management needs full gossip of every employe. Management watches reels and do videos call on floor and says mobile is not allowed to employees. Favouritism is the policy followed by management. Markdowns will be reverted only for favourite and lickers ππ chatu employees. False hopes given to retain employees. Personal grudges are kept if u don't become slave of the management....Read More

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.
Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

We can enjoy the company of colleagues in the beginning as a fresher.
Hike and the ratings are absolutely worse as they compare with your peers and downgrade stating as normalisation. I got downgraded twice and was told both the times as next time will take care but useless. Absolutely zero appreciation of hard work here. Max 2 years and then switch.
