Work pressure is high. Though i managed 3 plus years, it's difficult to survive with corporate politics here. You will be forced to work more than 8hrs, almost 12 hrs daily with weekend working (no pay). Compensation overall is very less when compared to industry standards. No perks. Work life balance is poor and people at management don't hear our side at all. Even if we are sick, we will be asked to work. Shifts will be rotating without requirements. No project and company party. The money of this is completely into management pockets. Incentives is too low....Read More
