Work pressure is high. Though i managed 3 plus years, it's difficult to survive with corporate politics here. You will be forced to work more than 8hrs, almost 12 hrs daily with weekend working (no pay). Compensation overall is very less when compared to industry standards. No perks. Work life balance is poor and people at management don't hear our side at all. Even if we are sick, we will be asked to work. Shifts will be rotating without requirements. Inadequate compensation, no perks, no rewards, no career growth, work pressure, long work hours, management politics, no or less team outings.
At 2017 was good, gradually reduced. Now it's too bad.

Healthcare process -:Management is racist, womaniser. Regional language (marathi) is not allowed on floor. Wherein management will speak Bhojpuri, Bengali, Malyali languages which is not regional according to them. Even if company is in Pune Maharashtra they strictly inform not to speak in marathi as management is not Maharashtrian.If they hate marathi language why are they living in Maharashtra , they should go to their native State. Promotion are only for female employes, lickers ๐๐ chatus and for others who bring ๐ฅ๐บ for management. Leaves are given only to favourite emp. Even if medical documents are submitted they will apply NCNS. People who are issued warning letter for abusing on floor, fighting on floor are given promotion as they are favourite,lickiers ๐๐chatus. Management has created there own family on floor which includes bhai, behne, bhabhi, devar, jeth, jethani, nand, soutan and Big Daddy. Management needs full gossip of every employe. Management watches reels and do videos call on floor and says mobile is not allowed to employees. Favouritism is the policy followed by management. Company is good but sometimes your management is frustrating. Biased to favourites. Skilll development used to happen when i joined but disappeared with time. ( earlier they used to proivde six sigma training but never after that). Its unfortunate that your manager never shows data on the basis of which you are rated. Just verbal words and assumption. If they want to fire you they will put work pressure on you and appoint their pawn around you who will point fingers on you and sometimes plays with your emotions as well. Even if you are working hard you or your team will be never recognized. Suddenly after you left / aur asked to volunterly resign by HR your team will become best team on the floor because it was then headed by the same pawn. What I like most about cognizant is their toxic work culture and politics. To be honest, if there were jobs offers I wud have left cognizant, unfortunately my career is losing grip because of Emi's and rent pay. They just only pay you 20k for 4 years, no promotions, no awards, no recognition and no growth.
