Big MNC that's it.

1. No work life balance. 2. No promotion. I got 5*(highest) last year and my promotion was 4% yearly. 3. Working hours is 10 hrs still their expection is you do more than that and that is normal. 4. It depends upon the project and project manager you will get. 5. They never value your work.
