What's there not to dislike. Biggest issue is that there's no HR to raise ur concerns to. All they have is a portal and that too just for show.

Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. Worse experience with Cognizant, the project they will assign you won't have future and you have no option they will make you work or go on the bench

No future growth ,the management are just to save there position, no technical knowledge, they will treat you like slave ,they won't approve the leaves and make you to work on Saturday. Mentally they will torcher the agent ,and after few day they will ask the employe to be on the bench and take search new job

I got very high learning opportunities with great role and responsibilities and they had high trust in me.

As other MNCs we have all the dislikes especially we will get support even if we are developers, won't get enough resource for the project as needed so will get high work but I'm lucky to get into the right project but my colleagues were unlucky in there as well.

One of the best employee centric company in service based industry, recent statements from leaders from other organisation is shameful and treating their employee as daily wage labourer but thankful to my company leadership who has great vision and decisions are made towards employee focus. Company is still following hybrid model and no fixed days yet.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisal are not process based, frequent change in salary increament schedule are changed and also arrear are not paid for 3months.
