I work as SQA in CTS and during covid situation company gave full support for us to work from home like providing dongle, laptop etc... Till last year hike and incentive was perfectly fine not sure about this year apart from that business is asual for us.

Company is good but sometimes your management is frustrating. Biased to favourites. Skilll development used to happen when i joined but disappeared with time. ( earlier they used to proivde six sigma training but never after that). Its unfortunate that your manager never shows data on the basis of which you are rated. Just verbal words and assumption. If they want to fire you they will put work pressure on you and appoint their pawn around you who will point fingers on you and sometimes plays with your emotions as well. Even if you are working hard you or your team will be never recognized. Suddenly after you left / aur asked to volunterly resign by HR your team will become best team on the floor because it was then headed by the same pawn. Most of the senior mgmt in cognizant are old , stubborn, egoistic and obnoxious people . They refused to work in teams, they refused to work at par with young associates and they have a very capitalistic mentality - they won't read mails and ask for updated on weekends ! The tools used in CTS are outdated and buggy making the work very very slow

-Its a big organization and there are bureaucracy. But still the process are smooth (Yes, there are delays here & there which is expected) - You have the flexibility to work from any cognizant location you desire (Depends upon some project too) - I personally didn't have any problems availing leaves, which is one of the few things I really appreciate.
- Favoritism ( u will get every opportunity if u are an a** licker) - No scope for growth (If you ambitious, even a little bit do not join this organization. As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.
Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.
