I have been working here since 2017 and work culture is very productive and professionally satisfied in cts. Career growth and opportunities are very good amount and cts learning portal is awesome where you can easily fulfils and get any skillset you wanna have. I always want to continue working with CTS.
I havent found any such thing in cts to put it over here.
It is interesting, i got the training at the beginning and now i am playing over here after learning on this job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that really helped me to understand to get a taste of different roles.

The night shift allowance, 6th day allowance is better than some other organizations.

I can list innumerable dislikes. 1. HR role is not in line with his or her work, and seeing such service from such an MNC, particularly in Kolkata office, truly hurt me. 2. I believe that the best way to force the company to leave on its own volition is through favoritism, which is the most advantageous attack by the poor managementof the Kolkata office. 3. You must look for projects on your own, work hard to earn your rating, and fail every time if you are not a Bengali. 4. What I like most about cognizant is their toxic work culture and politics. To be honest, if there were jobs offers I wud have left cognizant, unfortunately my career is losing grip because of Emi's and rent pay. They just only pay you 20k for 4 years, no promotions, no awards, no recognition and no growth. And they ( Home Managers) fake all their policies and they humiliate people in front of all the teammates and colleagues, likewise in front of 40-50 group ppls if there is work done 80/100 % and if we ask about wholesome variables pay and incentives, they forced you to go to cognizant portal and give resignation.
