Monitory Benefits we can't see here more . If we join as Freshers really it won't be correct. For freshers who is starting there career here Won't have salary like others who is joining from outside. For example SPE joining from outside with 2 yrs experience will have more salary ... Freshers who joined and started career here going with 2 yrs experience as a SPE will get less salary. I think this is not correct . They should give preference to there employees first ....Read More

Started as a fresher but within less span of time I have seen my growth . And Even I have a Idea what is my growth path. Job is not easy, but with experience we wont feel pressure.
