So far I've had the worst experience in terms of work balance but, overall it was a tough but helpful experience in terms of the process and the work.

The salary is less compared to the work we do.

I was recruited blindly for the snippets process and was shifted to 3 different processes. So the longest I've stayed was in the co-extractions process which was an amazing process but the management was poor so I had a difficult time adjusting.

Worst in all cases making the usage employees like robots. And won't pay enough to them. Leave policy terrible, we can't use our own PL when there are more than 2 on leave irrespective of any occasion either festival or personal. PAY I think I don't want to speak about this you won't even know what the change you have seen after a year.
