Despite of project managers, the organization takes strict action against any misconduct which can be totally appreciated.

Dislikes

Being a female, our manager kept ignoring our complaints about s**ual harassment at work place and started victim blaming just because the culprit is a critical resource. Later upon escalating the matter some action was taken.

The whole strucuture is run by Chennai based employees(literally worldwide). Every lead of an employee or employers leads to Chennai Departmental head. And they're terrible at their jobs(some of them).
